Getting to know Simi Valley
Simi Valley sits just over the hill from the San Fernando Valley — technically in Ventura County, but part of the same daily rhythm for many families we work with. What sets it apart is space, safety, and schools. Simi consistently ranks among the safest mid-sized cities in the country, and its school district draws buyers from all across LA.
